Vision Science Caucus (VSC) members are librarians or people acting in that capacity, whose collections and services include the literature of vision. Members of the VSC work together with the Association of Vision Science Librarians (AVSL) to maintain an online presence of various resources, core competencies, and guides for vision science authors and researchers. VSC/MLA offers a platform for members to develop their leadership skills, present to an international audience, collaborate, and share best practices. It is not a requirement for VSC/MLA members to belong to AVSL, and you may find more information on this free and open organization at AVSL.org.
