The Medical Library Association (MLA) Local Arrangements Committee is looking for volunteers for the annual conference in Portland, Oregon from May 18-21, 2024. We have volunteer opportunities for the Hospitality Booth and Career Center.
Both MLA members and non-members are encouraged to volunteer. For interested non-members, if you volunteer for 6 hours, you will get a one-day pass to the conference, so you can get a taste of the conference experience. Members: if you know non-members at your organization or through professional connections, please encourage them to sign up!
This is a great opportunity for librarians or library school students who may be interested in medical librarianship. We especially need volunteers for Monday, May 20, 2024, and Tuesday, May 21, 2024.
