As one of the bloggers covering section activity during the conference, I'll be writing about programming from the Leadership and Management Section (LMS), along with the Medical Informatics Section (MIS). In this post I'd like to share information about the upcoming programming offered by LMS:
-If you're a member of LMS or want to learn more about the section, consider attending the business meeting which is taking place on Tuesday May 30th at 2pm PST in Room 303.
-To beef up your negotiating skills and learn from the experts, consider attending the special content session “Negotiating for Yourself and Your Library" , offered on Monday May 29th at 1pm PST in room 604.
-Attend a panel discussion about diversity and inclusion on Sunday May 28th at 3pm PST in room 608.
-To learn about research assessment services, join the special content session on Tuesday May 30th at 3pm PST in room 608.
-And to socialize, stretch, and prepare for a jam-packed conference, begin the conference with a yoga wellness event taking place on Sunday May 28th at 7:30am PST in room 205.
