Learn what TL is and what it is not, learn to identify TL in the workplace, and what can be done to ameliorate or eradicate it from your library. - Defining toxic leadership
- Identifying toxic behaviors from red flags to actually toxic ones
- Telling the difference between toxic situation and a temporarily demanding one
- Recording incidents for future reference should the situation arise / not improve
