The submission deadline is October 29, 2026.

Presenter Registration Discount
Presenters may be eligible for a $75 registration discount.
Discount eligibility includes:
- Up to four presenters per Immersion Session
- Up to two presenters per Paper, Lightning Talk, or Poster
Please note that this discount cannot be combined with other registration discounts, including student registration rates or one-day in-person registration.
Important Deadline
All proposals for contributed papers and immersion sessions must be submitted by: October 29, 2026, 10:59 p.m., central time / 11:59 p.m., eastern time / 8:59 p.m., pacific time
