Looking to expand your MLA network, share ideas, and build meaningful professional relationships? The Membership Committee’s Virtual Colleague Connection is your chance to connect with colleagues across the profession, but registration closes soon!
- New MLA members: Get matched with an experienced colleague who shares your interests and goals. It’s a great way to gain insights and feel more connected to the MLA community.
- Experienced members: Share your knowledge, support a colleague, and make a lasting impact. Whether you’ve been in the profession for decades or just a few years, your experience can help someone thrive while expanding your own professional network.
Pairs are encouraged to connect at least once a month during the program, which runs from November through February. Along the way, you’ll learn from one another and build relationships that can benefit your career long after the program ends.
Participants will receive their match in late October and an invitation to a virtual kickoff meeting in early November.
