Submitting a proposal only requires your name and email address to begin. Your progress will be saved automatically, allowing you to return and edit your submission before the deadline. You’ll also receive helpful reminders throughout the submission period.

As an added benefit, accepted presenters attending in person may be eligible for a $75 conference registration discount:

• Up to 4 presenters per in-person Immersion Session will receive a discount code.
• Up to 2 presenters per Paper, Lightning Talk, or Poster will receive a discount code.
• Presenter discounts cannot be combined with other registration discounts, including student registration rates, and are not available for one-day registrations.

Round 1 contributed paper and immersion session proposals are due October 29, 2026, at:

• 10:59 p.m., central time
• 11:59 p.m., eastern time
• 8:59 p.m., pacific time
