MLA ’25 Registration is Now Open! See You in Pittsburgh!

Registration for MLA ’25 is now open! Join us in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from April 29 – May 2, 2025, to engage with like-minded peers, spark new connections and ideas, and gain insights from innovative leaders in the health information profession. This year’s theme is Bridging Tradition and Innovation as we’ve evolved through countless transitions and made adjustments along the way. Check out What’s New for MLA ’25.
MLA ’25 will be hosted at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and the official hotels are the Omni William Penn and the Westin Pittsburgh.
Take advantage of early-bird rates before closing out your 2024 budget. Download the Make Your Case to Attend Worksheet to prepare your budget proposal. Early-bird rates are available through April 3, 2024.

Contributed Content Call for Proposals Round 2: Lightning Talks and Posters
Round 2 submissions are now open for lightning talks and posters through January 30, 2025.
- Lightning Talks are limited to five minutes. Presenters will participate in sessions and can answer questions during and after the session.
- Posters are highly visual presentations. Accepted poster presenters will have the opportunity to participate in a poster session at the in-person conference where they can answer questions.
