Looking to expand your MLA network, share ideas, and build meaningful professional relationships? The Membership Committee’s Virtual Colleague Connection is your opportunity to connect with colleagues across the profession!
- New MLA members: Get matched with an experienced colleague or a fellow newcomer who shares your interests and goals. It’s a great way to build your network, gain insights, and feel more connected to the MLA community.
- Experienced members: Share your knowledge, support a colleague, and make a lasting impact. Whether you’ve been in the profession for decades or just a few years, your experience can help someone thrive while expanding your own professional network.
Pairs are encouraged to connect at least once a month during the program, which runs from November through February. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and possibly build relationships that can last well beyond the program.
Participants will receive their match late October and will receive an invite to attend a virtual kickoff meeting in early November.
Don’t miss out on this rewarding opportunity to connect, learn, and grow with your MLA colleagues! Sign up by October 16, to secure your spot!
