MLA Research, Development, and Demonstration Project Grant
First awarded in 1985, the grant supported research, development, and demonstration projects that advanced excellence in health sciences librarianship and information sciences. Projects were expected to demonstrate a solid methodology and a viable research design, and grantees highlighted how their work contributed both conceptually and practically to the broader library community.
The grant paused and will be available in 2026.
