You are invited to join the 2023-2024 MLA Rising Stars cohort for a presentation of their research entitled: Constellations of Community: An Exploration of Member Engagement with MLA Caucuses. Summary: A survey was sent to MLA members to collect information about engagement & commitment to MLA Caucuses. The results of this survey along with a content analysis of MLA Caucus Annual Reports from 2019 - 2023 were used to answer the research question: What factors significantly influence member engagement and commitment to MLA Caucuses? |
