FAQs and Guidelines (for first-time or returning attendees)

When will the presentations take place?

March 19, 2024, 3:00 p.m., eastern time

How long are the presentations?

  • Presentations should be no longer than 3 minutes.
  • Afterward, attendees will have 15-20 minutes in a breakout room to take ask questions of presenters.

What format should they be in?

  • A slideshow, live demonstration, or combination – just remember, you have 3 minutes – no more – to share your tool.

What should attendees learn?

  • Participants will be able to identify up to 10 new tools.
  • Participants will be able to describe how to integrate the tools into workflows at the office or at home.
  • Presenters will be able to explain how to improve their presentation skills based upon feedback provided by the audience. This makes it an educational experience for new and seasoned presenters.
  • Moderators will be able to demonstrate how best to wrangle talkative contestants
