Be Well MLA: Life Just Be Lifin': Navigating Transitions in Your Personal and Professional Journey

The Be Well MLA initiative promotes wellness and well-being among members of the Medical Library Association. MLA members are invited to participate in the monthly Be Well Wednesday series. In these sessions, MLA members and guests will share lessons learned, strategies, and tips about a variety of wellness topics. Series events will run from September 2023 to April 2024, culminating at MLA '24.

Whether you're at the crossroads of your career, contemplating a major life change, or simply seeking inspiration for personal growth, this webinar is designed to provide valuable insights and practical strategies to guide you through the ebbs and flows of life. In this webinar, panelists will share practical tips, real-life examples, and insights for navigating retirement, eldercare and health concerns, parenthood, and career transitions.
