Be Well MLA Wednesday: Recipe for Resilience, December 13

The Be Well MLA initiative promotes wellness and well-being among members of the Medical Library Association. MLA members are invited to participate in the monthly Be Well Wednesday series. In these sessions, MLA members and guests will share lessons learned, strategies, and tips about a variety of wellness topics. Series events will run from September 2023 to April 2024, culminating at MLA '24.

The Be Well MLA Team invites all MLA members to join us for "Recipe for Resilience: Strategies for Combating Burnout in the Workplace." In this session, panelists will share practical tips, real-life examples, and insights that will help you combat burnout and empower you to thrive in your professional journey. It's time to savor the flavors of resilience and create a sustainable recipe for success in the workplace.
