Last Chance to Sign Up for Virtual Colleague Connection!

Organized by MLA’s Membership Committee, Colleague Connection is a mentoring program pairing new members with experienced members or fellow new colleagues.

If you are a new member, connect with an experienced colleague. If you are an experienced member with decades of experience or just a few years, you also benefit by helping a new colleague navigate a new organization and profession while expanding your professional network.

The virtual program runs from October through January. Pairs are encouraged to meet at their convenience at least once a month.

Key dates:

    • To ensure a connection, please sign up by EOD Thursday, September 21
    • Participants will learn of their pairing by Friday, October 6
    • An introductory gathering will be held in mid-October
    • The wrap-up event will be held in January 2024.
