RTI Assessment Findings

The RTI assessment findings have shown that the current RTI Research Fellowship program is highly effective and has succeeded in increasing the levels of research knowledge, confidence, and productivity of participants.

Throughout the year, the institute conducts assessments to determine whether the program is reaching its objectives. Based on these assessment findings, the RTI program is meeting its performance goals and increasing the productivity, impact, and quality of health information research produced and used by health sciences librarians. Results also reveal other benefits that have been derived from the RTI fellowship training.

RTI assessment findings are freely accessible to share conclusions, make methods transparent, allow the verification of data, and ensure the good use of association, donor, and public funds.
