MLA '22 Exhibitor Lunch & Learn Reservation


MLA offers a limited number of Lunch & Learn opportunities for exhibitors to provide lunch to MLA ‘22 attendees while conducting a professional education presentation.

Lunch & Learns:

  • Offered Thursday and Friday, May 5 & 6, starting at 12:00 p.m. (noon)
  • Includes a meeting room with banquet seating
  • Includes standard AV set (projector, screen, laptop, clicker, podium and podium mic)
  • Promoted in the MLA ‘22 Official Program (if paid by March 1)
  • Includes signage outside meeting room door
  • Priced at $2,500 per reserved slot
  • Maximum attendance 120

To reserve your spot, complete the information below with payment by March 1, 2022 to be included in the MLA ‘22 Official Program. Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. After March 1, additional requests can be submitted based on space availability. Confirmations will be emailed to the contact person with details for ordering catering.


Lunch & Learn Information:


Limit to 8 words; title will be used in all promotions.
Please provide company name as you would like it to appear in the program or in promotions.
Provide the main contact person for this Lunch & Learn.
If the Lunch and Learn presenter(s) will be different from your contact person, please provide details.
Limit to 50 words. MLA reserves the right to edit for style and length. Applications received by March 1, 2022, may have description included in the MLA ‘22 Official Program, based on your choice above..

Food & Beverage Requirements

We will send ordering information for food and beverage orders with your event confirmation details. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to complete orders and pay for services on your own direct with the convention center catering.

Pricing & Payment Information

Lunch & Learns are priced at $2,500 per time slot. Each reservation requires a separate form to be completed and forms will not be processed until payment is received. Please select payment type below:

Cancel in writing via email to Sabrina Sheth by March 15, 2022 to receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after March 15, 2022.
