MLA Election Now Open

MLA Elections Now Open

The MLA Election is now open. This is a great opportunity for you as a member of MLA to let your voice be heard in selecting new leadership for our organization. While I know all of us are busy with work and life in general, I think it is important for you to take a little bit of time to both review the candidates that are nominated and to vote. Your vote will be important in helping shape the future of MLA.

Volunteering for any role for MLA takes a lot of time, dedication, and commitment. I am so grateful for those that have agreed to serve on this year’s slate. I think taking some time to review the submitted videos for President-Elect, questions for Board members, and brief bios of Nominating Committee candidates is a small way showing appreciation to those who have volunteered. Don’t forget that the national-level ballot and caucus-level ballots are shared at the same time this year.

Engaging in the MLA Election is a tangible way for you to be heard that will not only empower us as individual members but empower our organization as a whole.
