Be Well MLA

The Be Well MLA initiative to promote wellness hosted another excellent session last week. The Healthy Eating session included informative and special presentations on:

  • Eating the Rainbow
  • Plant-Based Eating Patterns for Health
  • Hacks for a Healthy Omnivore
  • Long Term and Sustainable Changes
