What does participation involve?
By signing up, you agree that the Elsevier Clinical Solutions User Experience Research team can occasionally contact you by email with various opportunities to participate in feedback activities (up to four feedback activities per year).
You can choose when you would like to participate. Most activities will be conducted via phone or computer using Zoom, for a duration of thirty to sixty minutes.
Scheduled interviews will always be with you and members of Elsevier’s User Experience (UX) and Product Team, never with you and another professional user.
Types of activities include:
- Answering questions about your work and the tools you use
- Trying out new features and giving us feedback on ease of use
- Commenting on new concepts and future design ideas
What are the benefits of this program?
Your comments will be incorporated into the development of new products, ultimately helping to create tools that are designed around your clinical needs.
Your feedback helps improve the experience of health care professionals all over the country who will be using these products.
Depending on the activity, you may receive a gift certificate as a token of our appreciation for your input. The amount of gift certificates will vary based on the length and type of activity (for example, $50 or $100). Please note gift certificates are void where prohibited by law or your employer and are not available to any elected or appointed official or employees of any governmental entity.
What will be done with your feedback and information?
When you sign up, your data are kept by the Elsevier Clinical Solutions Research Team and are only used for software feedback activities. Your information, as well as your feedback, will not be used for any other purpose. Additionally, any feedback you provide will be kept strictly confidential: at no time will your feedback be associated with personally identifying information, such as your name and institution. At any time, you may withdraw your name by notifying us via email at clinicalsolutions-prodresearch@elsevier.com, and we will remove your information and will no longer contact you with feedback opportunities.
