The Exhibits Committee is pleased to invite you to the virtual annual meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of MLA (MAC/MLA) from October 19–21, 2020. This meeting will bring together highly engaged medical librarians and health information professionals from North Carolina, Virginia, Washington, DC, Maryland, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania. Additionally, because the event is virtual, we are extending our invitation to information professionals across the country.
The meeting will use the Whova Virtual Platform, which allows exhibitors to easily engage and interact with attendees. Virtual exhibitor booths offer the ability to showcase products, provide demonstrations through videos and livestreams, and speak one-on-one with attendees.
Four hours of dedicated exhibit time will be incorporated into the program schedule:
- Monday, October 19, 3:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., eastern time
- Tuesday, October 20, 8:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m., eastern time
MAC offers 3 levels of sponsorship: Gold: $600; Silver: $400; Bronze: $200.
