We, the leadership of the Dental Caucus, condemn racism in all its forms. We seek to create an inclusive environment in our caucus and are committed to doing the work needed to fight for greater diversity, inclusion, and justice in the caucus, in MLA, and in the larger society.

Confrontation is difficult for a lot of people. Confronting racism and talking about issues around race are very difficult. But the Hospital Library Caucus (HLC) leadership believes that we must speak out.
