The Medical Library Group of Southern California and Arizona (MLGSCA) condemns racism. MLGSCA stands in solidarity with and voices support for our Black members, our members of color, and members of the MLA African American Medical Librarians Alliance (AAMLA) Caucus (Statement June 1, 2020).

The Northern California and Nevada Medical Library Group and the Medical Library Group of Southern California and Arizona held an annual joint meeting from June 12–14, 2019, at the University of San Francisco. The joint meeting brought together 114 colleagues from California, Nevada, and Arizona.

The NCNMLG and MLGSCA are accepting proposals for our 2019 Joint Meeting, to be held June 12–14, 2019, in San Francisco, CA. Our meeting theme is “Critical Health Sciences Librarianship: Examining Our Role in Social Justice.”
