Logistics: Getting to the Conference Hotel

You’ve booked your flight and the hotel, but when you arrive in Toronto your best way to get to the conference hotel will depend on which airport your flight brings you to.

If you are flying in to Pearson International Airport(YYZ), the easiest way to get downtown is to take advantage of the Union-Pearson (UP) Express train. The UP leaves Pearson every 15 minutes, and will take you to Union station – a short walk away from the Metro Convention Centre and across the street from The Royal York Hotel.  There’s even free WiFi on board. See theUP website for details about fares and schedules.

If you are flying in to the Billy Bishop Airport (YTZ), you are already downtown! A complementary shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes between the airport and the corner of Front Street and York Street, across the street from both Union Station and the Royal York hotel. See Ports Toronto for details. Air Canada and Porter both fly into the Billy Bishop Airport.

We can’t wait to see you!
