Caucus Election Slates Due February 20!

It’s the holiday season, but MLA spring elections will be here before you know it which means caucus slates are due soon! Caucus leaders, please submit your candidates by February 20, 2026 using the Caucus Slate Submission Form so your ballot is available when elections open March 3, 2025.

Things to remember when submitting your slate:

• Each caucus is required to have a chair-elect candidate(s).
• Leadership roles other than chair and chair-elect may be elected or appointed.
• You may also submit the name of your caucus’ MLA Nominating Committee candidate on the form.
• Candidates may not be on more than one ballot for chair or chair-elect across caucuses. Please confirm with your candidates that they are running for one single office.
