All cancellations for meeting registration and continuing education (CE) courses must be submitted in writing and faxed to MLA Registration at 312.419.8950.
Meeting cancellations received by April 9, 2014, are subject to a $50 fee. You will be assessed a $50 fee for each CE course change or cancellation.
After April 9, 2014, MLA will give refunds only for documented medical emergencies. Refunds will be processed within six weeks after the meeting. MLA will honor written requests to transfer meeting registration or CE registration to another person without charge.
