I want to contact new section members. Can you tell me who they are?

Finding out about your new section members is easy! Follow the steps below to connect with your new (or lapsed renewing) section members.

  1. Fill in and submit the Member List Request Form. Please make sure to tell us the format you need. Screenshots of the three available formats are on the request form. If you want to contact new members, have us sort the roster or list by JOINDATE.
  2. When you receive your list, look at the "Joindate" field. This 8-digit number is in the date format YYYYMMDD. Your newest (or lapsed renewing) members will be at the top of the list or front of the roster.
  3. Anyone joining during a particular month will have that month's date listed (e.g., 3/1/2012 for anyone who joined during March 2012.
