To top of page Atlantic Health System, North-Central New Jersey

Atlantic Health System, which consists of three hospitals in north-central New Jersey, created the Consumer Library Information Prescription (CLIP) service which provides health information to patients, their families, and caregivers. The brochure was widely distributed along with the attached information request form that patients emailed or faxed back to the library for health information.

To help distinguish the medical library (which is free and open to the public) from the health resource center, which serves the medical staff, Seton Medical Center Library used the 2004 poster artwork for this brochure.
