Data Curation for Information Professionals Recorded Online Course

This course will provide a working knowledge of data curation principles and a greater understanding of the role libraries are poised to play in data management planning. Attendees will address a data management case study, report back, and discuss challenges, opportunities, and approaches.

Homework and Resources for Course
The resource page for the course "Data Curation for Information Professionals" is located on MLA's Moodle site. Here you will find resources, the case study assignment and the agenda that you can download for the course. You will receive the enrollment key once you register for the course. For homework, participants are asked to complete the case study which is available on MLA's Moodle site. Directions for submitting are on the site and in your confirmation email. You will need to complete this prior to completing the online evaluation.

Cost: $240 (nonmember, $445).  Individual can now register to view the original course "On-demand." Register, participate and earn 4 MLA CE contact hours. (After you register, you will receive an email with the login information and details for earning your certificate for participating.)
