How to Schedule an Informal Meeting

Exhibitors and outside groups may find it convenient to meet with MLA attendees during the meeting. To accommodate this, MLA offers a limited number of meetings at pre-scheduled times for informal meetings for affiliate, exhibitor or commercial groups to meet. To find more information and to reserve informal meeting space, complete an application.

MLA reserves blocks of time during Mosaic ’16 for informal meetings and other events. Requests outside these times cannot be accommodated. If you are an affiliate, non-MLA/CHLA/ABSC/ICLC group, exhibitor, or commercial group, you will be charged for reserving informal meeting space.

By contract, all meeting space is controlled by Mosaic ’16 during the annual meeting. Calls to the convention center or hotel for space will be forwarded to the meeting manager for approval.
