MLA Comments to EPA Opposing Proposed Rule to Strengthen Transparency in Regulatory Science

Today, the Medical Library Association (MLA) and Association of Academic Health Sciences Libraries (AAHSL) submitted comments to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) opposing the proposed rule, "Strengthening Transparency in Regulatory Science," because it contradicts our core values. MLA and AAHSL urged the EPA to reconsider the proposed rule.

MLA thanks Andy Hickner, Governmental Relations Committee member, and Emily McElroy, AAHSL, Scholarly Communications Committee Chair, for developing these comments on behalf of the library community and our respective organizations.
