A Tool for APA Citations and Formatting

We all struggle with citation styles from time to time, and in many cases that style is APA. Whether we’re working on citations for our research or helping students with theirs, it’s important for us to know the correct attribution formats for any kind of resource.

APA Style CENTRAL has the potential to be a useful tool for this frequent challenge. Developed by the American Psychological Association for academic institutions, it offers quick guides and tutorials on citations and formatting, limited reference management, an in-browser writing tool, and publication information and links.

APA Style CENTRAL is targeted towards students, faculty, researchers, and librarians and is available to academic institutions with a subscription based on FTE. Check out their website at http://www.apastyle.org/asc/ or visit their booth in the exhibit hall for a demo and information about a free trial.
