Kicking off a new vision for sections and SIGs
Imagine if your friends’ Facebook pages were structured so differently that you had to figure out how to navigate each of them separately. And you probably wouldn’t be posting much if what you shared was always public.
As MLA digs into goal #1, "Rationalize MLA programs and services, and streamline and clarify organizational structure," we want to hear what you think.
In January, the MLA Board established a task force to revise the “Competencies for Lifelong Learning and Professional Success” policy to keep up with the evolving needs of MLA members and the changing environment in which we work.
By fall 2015, MLA will migrate the current association management system, website (MLANET), group websites and blogs, email discussion lists, annual meeting website and blogs, and MLA Educational Clearinghouse into a single association platform.
