Submit for MLA Continuing Education Credit

The number of continuing education credits for your Web-based course may be different than what students receive for your face-to-face course. The general rule is that students receive 1 CEU for every 3 hours spent completing the Web-based course. This number can be determined by taking an average of the time each of your beta test students spent completing the course.

Questions to ask yourself:

  • How many credit hours should I be requesting?
  • Do I want to continue to offer this course in person as well or just as a Web-based course?

For more information on requesting MLA CE credit for your course, check the continuing education section of MLANET.
