Alicia Haley earned a master's of science in rhetoric and technical communication from Michigan Technological University. She is currently academic program support coordinator at Central Michigan University's Off-Campus Programs unit. Haley has developed and delivered academic and professional development courses for diverse audiences, including most recently for faculty interested in effective teaching strategies. She has a systematic view of development and delivery, strong knowledge of and experience with adult learners, a focus on lifelong learning, and experience with Blackboard.
