Individual Registration Terms
MLA agrees to:
- distribute via webcast transmission access of "on demand" video
of the original webcast, "Web 2.0 Principles and Best Practices: Discovering
the Participatory Web," from March 11April 10, 2008, and
- provide a set of print materials for individual use in connection with the
program (individual may make one copy of the materials that will be available
via PDF on MLANET prior to the program)
Registered individual shall have the right to:
- access the program via webcast transmission on the participant's computer
for individual viewing only,
- access on-demand viewing of the original webcast from March 11April
10, 2008,
- transmit the program on the participant's computer for individual viewing
Registered individual agrees to the following:
- individual shall not reproduce the program, nor shall it be exhibited or
transmitted on any system other than the participant's individual computer;
nor shall it be exhibited without complete copyright notice and program credits
- MLA shall not be liable for failure to deliver program due to circumstances
beyond its control
