Schwartz Rounds have been launched in nearly 400 hospitals across the country. The rounds allow clinical staff to share challenges and experiences with patients or patient families in a supportive environment with other caregivers. This poster describes Kaiser's experience in pairing the library with Schwartz Rounds to support research and provide supplemental reading. What a great way to connect with clinical staff!
