Registration Packages and Fees
All registrants will have online access to video and audio recordings, with visual electronic presentations. Online access enables convenient access to meeting presentations to review the sessions you attended and hear sessions for the first time.
In addition, meeting registrants have online access to video of selected plenary sessions and posters. Posters will be online live a few weeks prior to the meeting.
Register early to qualify for the discounted fees listed on the registration form. After midnight, central time, Wednesday, April 3, 2013, fees increase $80.
Student Discount
You qualify for student rates if you hold student membership in MLA. Student members also qualify for CE courses and symposia for only $50 each, pending available space. You may join MLA as a student member when you register online or complete the membership form online at www.mlanet.org/joinmla/.
Member Discount
MLA members in good standing are eligible for discounted member rates. Nonmembers may join by paying dues with registration. Members of the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL), American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA), American Public Health Association (APHA), Arbeitsgemeinschaft fur Medizinisches Bibliothekswesen [German Library Group], Association for Health Information and Libraries in Africa (AHILA), Association for Library and Information Science Education (ALISE), Canadian Health Libraries Association/ Association des bibliothéques de la santé du Canada (CHLA/ABSC), European Association for Health Information and Libraries (EAHIL), Interagency Council on Information Resources in Nursing (ICIRN), Medical Library Association of Nigeria, and Special Libraries Association (SLA) may register for the meeting at MLA member rates.

Exhibits-only
Exhibits-only allows entry only to the Hall of Exhibits from Sunday to Tuesday for spouses, significant others, and persons working outside the profession. It does not provide admission to the plenary sessions, or meeting programming or access to online meeting content. Exhibit-only passes are sold onsite at the MLA Registration Desk for $25 or $40 including the Saturday Welcome Reception. Bring the Exhibits-only form to the MLA Registration Desk at Hynes Convention Center.
