All cancellations for meeting registration and continuing education (CE) courses must be submitted in writing and faxed to MLA Registration at +1.312.419.8950.
Meeting cancellations received by April 3, 2013, are subject to a $50 fee. You will be assessed a $50 fee for each CE course change or cancellation.
After April 3, MLA will give refunds only for documented medical emergencies. Refunds will be processed within 6 weeks after the meeting. MLA will honor written requests to transfer meeting registration or CE registration to another person without charge.
