Network visualization tools are popular for investigating existing and novel relationships between concepts such as interactions between molecules. This course will provide an introduction to these tools, including terminology and criteria for selecting or using them. We will explore two freely and internationally available open source network visualization tools, Cytoscape and VisANT.
