Need to cut the cost of your annual meeting housing? Share a room at the conference hotel! To find a roommate to share with, you can check with colleagues, post a notice on Medlib-L, or use MLA’s roommate match application!
Once you fill in the quick form with your name, email, and preferences, the system will tell you if it has found a roommate and notify both you and your prospective roommate via email. It is your responsibility to contact your prospective roommate and make arrangements and reservations. This web service is for helping you to exchange contact information only.

MLA bears no responsibility or liability for the roommate arrangements that you enter into as a result of using this service, including but not limited to any disputes that arise regarding payment of hotel room charges, any personal injuries sustained during your hotel stay, or any other damages that you may incur from using this service.
In addition, you voluntarily waive and hold MLA harmless from any claims you may have against the Medical Library Association arising out of the roommate arrangements that you make as a result of using this service.
