Offered: Friday, May 18, 8:00 a.m.–noon

Participants will develop a better understanding of how to use all accreditation standards, not just the Joint Commission’s, to their advantage to strengthen the library’s role and visibility in their institutions. Participants will learn the key issues related to providing and managing knowledge-based information to support the key components of hospital operations. How to run the library as a personal business will also be addressed.
