CE301 Making Sense of Protein Sequences Hands-on Course

This course will provide an introduction to the prediction of a protein coding gene from an eukaryotic DNA sequence and the protein sequence analysis, such as identification of characteristic domains and motifs, prediction of protein function and viewing a model 3-D protein structure in the National Center for Biotechnology Information's Cn3D program.
