This course will introduce the learners to the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Magnet Recognition program and the crucial role of medical librarians in achieving Magnet designation. The Magnet forces and the role of librarians in each will be reviewed. Examples of how to integrate library services into the process will be demonstrated.
