This course is designed to encourage health information professionals
to use Web 2.0 tools in teaching and outreach activities at their
institutions. The course assumes that participants have working
knowledge of Web 2.0 tools, such as social bookmarking and blogs.
The instructors will provide examples and hands-on activities that
demonstrate how these tools can be used to facilitate the research
process, specifically, searching, collaborating, organizing, and
publishing.
