Government Resources in Consumer Health

Cost: $220 (nonmember, $400)

Instructor(s): Kathleen Moeller, AHIP, FMLA, Borland Health Sciences Library, University of Florida-Jacksonville

Offered: Friday, May 15, Noon–4:00 p.m.

This course is designed to teach participants about free and low-cost resources made available by national, state, and local government agencies. Participants will explore the major finding tools providing access. National health institutes and clearinghouses will be covered. Participants will be able to use government resources for collection development in consumer health.
