The first job of medical library supervisors and managers is to elicit the best from employees: improved productivity and workplace relationships. Informally, coaching and mentoring use the Socratic method and positive reinforcement to listen, guide, and reward to grow talent, drive, and leadership. Develop you own performance plan.
