This course will provide medical librarians with an in-depth understanding of the Magnet process and the library infrastructure identified as helpful for hospitals seeking Magnet hospital designation. Additionally, attendees will leave armed with the tools to articulate their integral role in a Magnet application and designation and to sustain the Magnet environment.
