MLA '08: Registration Cancellations

All cancellations for meeting registration and continuing education (CE) courses must be submitted in writing and faxed to MLA Registration at 312.419.8950.

• Meeting cancellations received by April 11, 2008, are subject to a $50 fee.
• You will be assessed a $50 fee for each CE course change or course cancellation.
• After April 11, 2008, MLA will give refunds only for documented medical emergencies.
• Refunds will be processed within 6 weeks after the meeting.
• MLA will honor written requests to transfer meeting registration or CE registration to another person.
