Learn how to communicate more effectively with
physicians. The overall goal is for librarians to understand the
viewpoint of physicians during a library transaction and the ways
the librarian can direct the interaction in a positive manner. The
outcome of the course is that the librarian gains first-hand knowledge
from a physician of what the physician's expectations are during
a library transaction.
